The kids came home from school and we made some spinach banana muffins for a fun St. Patrick’s day snack! No food coloring just spinach! The recipe was inspired by @seededtable . Mine version was not as healthy healthy… we used white sugar because I am all out of honey and maple syrup and we used regular flour in place of the whole wheat. I did not have white whole wheat and I wanted to make sure these muffins came out super green!

Healthy easy meal prep breakfast! Top with any of your favorite fruits but with the warm seared bananas it tastes like a treat!

Creamy Chia Seed Pudding
- 2 Tbs @naturesintentfoods Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup @stonyfield Whole Milk Yorgut
- 1/4 cup @horizonorganic Whole Milk
- 2 Tsp @coombsmaple Maple Syrup

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for one hour or overnight. Top with pumpkin seeds and bananas seared in coconut oil!

#takeoutfakeout This was the first time I made egg drop soup! Our daughter, Veya, has a lose tooth and requested egg drop soup for dinner but wanted it to taste like Chinese takeout! This came out so good I wish I had made a bigger batch!

Egg Drop Soup
- 8 oz Bone Broth
- 32 oz Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Carrots Chopped Small
- 2 Tbs Arrow Root
- 2 TBs Water
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tbs. Water
.
.
Cook carrots in broth. In a bowl whisk arrowroot and water. Bring to boil and add arrowroot mixture. Stir until thickened. Mix egg with oil and water. Take broth off the heat and slowly add in the egg mixture. When the egg sets start to slowly stir.

This dinner has a lot of flavor going on and the best part is we made it the day before so it was ready to go on a busy weeknight. We used @foodandwine Quinoa with Moroccan Winter Squash and Carrot Stew for inspiration but added turkey and some ingredients like cinnamon and raisins.

🙌 This dip is the ultimate crowd pleaser! The best part is that it is super easy to make, in fact I have been making it for 15 years! (Wow I feel old 😦) It was passed down to me from my aunt and it is the best! I have tried other chicken dips over the years but nothing beats this one!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
- 8 oz. @phillycreamchs Cream Cheese
- @mariesdressing Blue Cheese Dressing (find it by the salads)
- 1 Cup Chopped Celery
- @franksredhot Buffalo sauce
- Rotisserie Chicken Breast Shredded
- @sargentocheese 4 Cheese Mexican

In a pan melt down cream cheese with the Blue cheese. Next add celery, chicken and as much hot sauce as you would like. Add this to a oven safe dish and top with shredded cheese. Broil until the top is golden and bubbly! Serve with @tostitos scoops!
